HUAWEI is looking for an HR BP.
Responsibilities:
Make the annual HR policy, regularly update during the operation;
Based on the business target and requirements, organization and staffs, recognize the current problems about HR aspects, organize analyze the root cause and make the related solutions;
Manage the employee relationship, communicate effectively with the managers and staffs, learn the atmosphere, and report to business direction;
Talent management process which covers the recruitment, development, incentive and withdrawal, operate the HR management of different talent group, and improve the operation process according to the problems founded;
Manage the internal and external compliance referring to recruitment and resignation, labor contract, attendance, payroll and compensation, etc;
Daily communication in English.
Requirements:
More than 3 years experience of HR management of middle or large organization;
The experiences of leading a team, responsible for the technique training, performance management and talent development of the team members;
Good resource coordination capabilities and interpersonal communication capabilities;
Conversational level of English is a must.
