Mission:
Human Resources Business Partnering for Online business
HR process management in domain: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, HiPo development domain team
Responsibilities:
Planning, development and coordination of recruitment and selection Unit’s strategy
Support in employees adaptation
Planning, implementation of T&D Strategy
Implementation of HiPO development programs, participation in HiPo assessment
Development strategically business competencies
Implementation and support corporate culture, leadership culture
Development of engagement and satisfaction of employees
HR budgeting
Research and implementation HR best practices in the market
Requirements:
Work experience in a similar position at least 5 years (retail, tech business, e-commerce)
Knowledge of labor legislation, excellent PC skills
Possession and knowledge of recruitment, T&D, HiPo, assessment
Communication skills, responsibility, result orientation
Values: innovativeness, readiness for multitasking, systemic vision
