Webiz предоставляет услуги аутсорсинга в области программирования программного обеспечения, программирования компьютеров и мобильных приложений, а также услуги дизайна, развития бизнеса и маркетинга.
Компания ищет HRBP с обширной существующей базой данных разработчиков, дизайнеров, менеджеров по продуктам и проектам, QA.
Responsibilities:
HR Team covers all processes to support the company to hire talents, manage their time on projects based on their skills in order to retain top performers and bring sustainability to the company.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Sourcing and Hiring people who comply with requested vacancies
- Assigning employee to projects
- Changing projects
Administration:
- All HR Documents (Employee Contracts, Agreements etc.)
- Ongoing administration and support (Vacations, sick leaves, Day offs)
- Compensation & Benefits
- Employee Onboarding Process
Retention:
- 1on1 Meetings with employee
- Employee performance management
Conditions:
- Remote work with perspective to move to the office
- Fix salary 1100$ + bonus $ (around 1000$-3000$), depends on the monthly results
