Job Description:
Company is looking for a hands on and energized HR Business Partner to work closely with business in the exciting worlds of taste, scent and nutrition organization. Reporting to the Regional Director, People Services you will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for business leaders, through closely partnering with the business to improve their people leadership capability, team culture, talent pipeline and people development.

 

About You:
As a HR Business Partner you will bring 7+ years of expertise in a generalist HR position. You will thrive working in a corporate matrix environment that demands a high level of critical thinking, can do attitude and superior level of interpersonal savvy. In this fast paced agile environment you will be flexible and have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional collaboration skills. The nature of this role requires someone who will be prepared to be both hands on and strategic and enjoys developing people as you will have a direct report to partner close with. Committed to act as a collaborative team actively contributing to the development and success of holistic HR service delivery. Team is also committed to own development through a sh sharing network of their expertise to build internal HR bench strength & capability in a continuous learning and sharing environment.

 

You will spend your time:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for business leaders
  • Building business intimacy and credibility to be consulted and actively contributing to overall business decisions
  • Initiating and managing change processes
  • Implementing changes in organizational structure, work design, team based systems, organizational communications. Leading and supporting process improvement efforts and other processes for improving organizational performance
  • Supporting projects through involvement on HR and/or business lead project teams
  • Partnering with HR colleagues to share best practice and successes and learning to ensure consistency and overall alignment
  • Ensuring timely and accurate input of data into various HR systems by you and your team
  • Regularly auditing system data to ensure accuracy and sharing insights into data impacting the HR analytics dashboard
  • Understanding the business’s hiring needs, calendar and priories including a clear plan on workforce planning
  • Managing hiring and selection process ensuring compliance to global and local process and legal requirements and application of best practice
  • Managing succession planning and movement of internal talent
  • Driving execution of the talent assessment process
  • Partner with business leaders to run talent review processes that are outcome driven that deliver on talent development plans, retention risk assessments and talent gap analysis. Providing guidance to business leaders on how to set SMART performance objectives, coach and review /award a year-end rating. Ensuring succession plans are in place for key roles and people (talent)

 

Required Skills:

  • Managing a small team and developing individuals
  • Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools & HR IS system reporting and analysis (SAP preferred)
  • Critical Thinking - Uses problem solving skills to assist in determining priorities, finding timely solutions to departmental or system-wide issues and demonstrating quality customer service
  • Collaboration - Successfully collaborates on projects and programs with team members
  • Accountability - Takes responsibility for consistent completion and follow-up on departmental jobs and providing excellent service delivery
  • Flexibility - Responsive to change and demonstrates adaptability
  • Strong Interpersonal skills - Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to partner with various levels of management including c-suite. Approachable
