An international sporting goods retail company is looking for an active HR BP (IT & Digital department).

 

Role:
The mission of the IT & Digital People Management team is to create the strategies and processes necessary to build and grow exceptional teams.
The main goal is always being to increase excellence and increase in expertise.
To achieve this, we focus our activity on all subjects related to employees such as recruitment, training, professional development, performance management but also the optimization of our organization and the strengthening of our values: Vitality, Responsibility, Authenticity and Collaboration.

 

What you will do:
Guide and lead projects that create an environment of high performing work teams. Current initiatives include the implementation of new performance review tools, the deployment of structured career paths and the construction of tailor-made training plans (blended L&D).
State the principles of Leadership and Execution and bring them to life on a daily basis.
Set up new practices around efficiency and culture, based on experimentation, business feedback, setting up metrics and debriefing results.
Adapt managerial rituals and performance reviews. Drive change with teams to make it new work habits.
The entire process is to be carried out via a feedback and data-oriented culture to feed analyzes and better support change with teams.
To offer and innovate regularly in order to always create an environment conducive to the development of everyone.

 

What is expected:
HR / talent management experience in an international environment from 5 years.
Proven experience of culture and performance in a Digital environment.
Strong personal focus on transformation and innovative projects.
Ability to seek out and adapt the best HR practices.
Experience on “at scale” deployment (hundreds of employees)
Excellent communicator able to work and adapt to multiple levels of the organization.
Great adaptability and flexibility in the face of changing priorities.
Focused on action, speed, results.
Fluency in English.
