LEGO is looking for a passionate HR Business Partner, who has already several years of experience of business partnering, with driving the HR agenda and enabling the business to succeed.
Core Responsibilities:
• Operate as HR site lead for LEGO Russia and among others ensure flawless execution of end-to-end employee cycle processes and as well safeguard compliant Russian HR policies in accordance with global LEGO approach and local legislation
• Provide HR partnering support to selected business units (BU) in REEMEA. This among others includes strong and impactful deployment of core HR processes, facilitate change management processes (cultural shifts, restructuring, capability building), co-create and drive engagement agenda
• Act as the coach and sparring partner for people leaders to drive performance and team efficiency
• Accountable for recruitment prioritisation and organizational governance of the BUs
• Leverage Centers of Excellence as business needs arise that can be supported through our Operational teams (e.g., global reward, shared service center, mobility)
Do you have what it takes?
• University degree in Business administration, HR, Psychology, or equivalent working experience
• +8 years’ experience as HR generalist in global, matrixed organization
• Experience with working with employee relations and resolving complex, legal/compliance cases
• Strong stakeholder management skills evidenced through solid written and verbal communication ability, managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external authorities as well
• Track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ideally experience working with Workday as well as data to inform, make proposals and influence decisions, in particular with compensation data, statutory reports
• Fluent Russian and English, any other language is an advantage.
