В компанию-производитель предметов роскоши Richemont требуется HR Associate Director (Cartier, Retail & HR Compliance).
Main purpose:
Under the leadership of HR VP, build employee and organisation excellence at Cartier by contributing to retail management and HR compliance, as well as other assigned duties, to support the achievement of business objectives and plans.
Key responsibilities:
Operations HR policies/ Procedures / SOPs:
- Act as a central contact point in the team of SOP, liaise with RCCL Central team Compliance and ER HRAD to provide input and feedback to implementation of HR SOP
- Implement HR policies and procedures in the brand to meet RCCL’s requirements and achieve operational excellence
- Regular check the implementation of HR SOP and P&P’s in Cartier team, to meet internal audit standard
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Coach managers and employees regarding HR policy, procedures, benefits and programs
HR Compliance:
- Act as a central contact point in the team for all people issue cases and consulting external legal firms to support HR actions
- Lead in all compliance cases and work closely with Cartier operation and planning team for case investigation and reporting
- Proactively review HR operation manual for boutique and conduct training to all line managers
- Involve in regular review and updates of Cartier Boutique Operation Manual
HR Management of BTQ Population:
- Manage Retail HRBP team to ensure adequate HR management and support of all Cartier China BTQ population
- Lead CAR retail RPO team to fulfil BTQ recruitment needs
- Actively being involved in retail staff development and retention and timely update related data
- Understand the talent pool of front-line managers, and focus on their development needs together with Retail HRBPs
- Liaise with C&B team and Cartier Retail team to well understand and monitor boutique HC status, and provide input to achieve a better manpower planning to meet business goals
- Provide day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Lead in all national retail projects, including but not limited to: boutique closure, new boutique opening, internalization, redundancy etc.
- Manage and overview the status and reporting of boutique proximity
Employee Relations:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, and conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Partner with external lawyers to conduct labour dispute lawsuits
Talent Management:
- Drives the Organizational and Talent Review process in China together with HRVP
- Manage annual My performance journey (MPJ) in Cartier China
- Manage China MPJ and Career Committee record with HRBP and HR Executives’ support
