В строительную и проектировочную компанию Ренейссанс Хэви Индастрис требуется HR and Personnel Chief for the project.
Задачи:
Take part in development, and implementation of HR strategies, policies, procedures, and programs.
Being responsible for implementing and executing an efficient and effective personnel administration, in line with applicable legal requirements and company HR policies.
Providing professional personnel services for overall organization and ensure that all statutory rules and legal requirements are adhered to Russian Labor Law.
Working close coordination with line managers to identify and resolve workforce requirements to support the recruitment, appraisal, retention and development of employees.
Managing and monitoring the HR Budget.
Monitoring the Search & Selection activities both for white and blue collars to ensure recruitment activities are align to the project human resources requirements.
Conducting Managerial HR reporting — absenteeism, turnover, lost day accidents, training hour, recruitment, mobilization etc.
Managing employee orientation programs.
Being responsible for expatriate management.
Supporting and provide guidance to line managers on the HR processes.
Administrate the performance review process for the current project.
Ensuring that all HR activities are in line with statutory rules, legal requirements and company policies.
Ensuring effective employee communications and employee relations.
Ожидания:
Bachelor’s in business administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
8+ years experience in an HR and Personnel CHief or equivalent role.
Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale.
Ability to deal effectively with employees / management, requiring high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to diffuse emotionally charged issues and to collect accurate information to resolve conflicts or issues.
Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Must have a strong sense of urgency and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
Must be flexible and adaptable, and have the ability to stay focused and positive in a changing environment.
