В анимационную студию VIVIX ищут Houdini Technical Director.
VIVIX is a 3D animation studio founded by the artists behind Love, Death & Robots.
Is working on mature and kickass 3D animation flagship project, full of deep and dark themes, humor, high action, and a lot of violence. This is an animated series about the robot’s adventures in a world, where mankind has disappeared and left the planet abandoned. The show is already scheduled for release on global streaming platforms in 2023.
Responsibilities:
- Create a technical pipeline based on existing processes and the structure of the studio
- Scripting and pipeline tools for Houdini and Maya in Python, VEX
- Automatization of the main processes of data transfer between departments
- Integration of the studio pipeline in Maya and Houdini in Ftrack
Basic requirements:
- Experience in organization technical pipelines in VFX studios, Full CG, cinematics production
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with Houdini
- Experience as a Technical Artist (Houdini) would be a plus
Work conditions:
- Remote working from anywhere in the world
- Great pay rates
- Long-term (12 months +) contract with an American company
- Standard working hours, weekends off
- 30 paid days off per year (20 vacation days + 10 sick days/days off)
