Coca-Cola is looking for a HORECA Trade Marketing manager.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Co-creates the Long-Range Plan and annual BP from HoReCa Channel perspective and gives the HoReCa Channel vision based on relevant customer and shopper insights and local channel understanding
Maps and Identifies HoReCa Channel opportunities and calculates Size of the prize
Contributes to the identification of long-term country big bets and translates Marketing activity calendar into specific HoReCa Channel actions with having HoReCa Channel activity calendar as output
Partners with Portfolio Shopper Managers for adequate planning of Direct Marketing Expenses (DME) related to all HoReCa Channel activities and fully owns the disciplined execution and control of this DME
Partners and coordinates with Shopper and Regional marketing execution managers to explore regional specific opportunities, and plans and aligns addressing these thru relevant channel programs and integrating those in the annual HoReCa Channel activity calendar and DME master plan for the country
Actively searches for system best practices and ideas from other industries for re-applying
Manages HoReCa Channel idea creation process to enable HoReCa Channel programs execution and by having customers and shoppers at the center of validating potential
Manages HoReCa Channel programs business cases with keeping Return of investment, leadership growth potential and customer centricity central
Develops and owns the CPS (Critical Path System) for all respective HoReCa Channel programs (incl. new launches based on Portfolio Shopper managers guidelines)
Contributes to the design of holistic 360 marketing support led by Shopper Managers for all Marketing programs and owns HoReCa Channel piece of the plan
Implements localized Shopper toolkits timely and with high quality for addressing local shopper and consumer
Coordinates the design of annual Picture of success (portfolio definition together with Category development manager, owns Zoning and respective activation tools like POP, equipment etc., integrates Pricing and OBPPC approach together with RGM team and partners with Red and Commercial capability team for cascading down and guiding execution of sales teams)
Explores HoReCa channel cross-merchandising opportunities together with Shopper managers based on business sourcing insights and integrates actions into zoning and DME
Executes best in class and innovative E3 solutions based on Shopper managers guidelines
Aligns with Shopper managers and Promo / RGM team innovative Shopper promo mechanics and partners with Sales for executing those
Supports Shopper team for listings, delisting of products in respective channels
Partners cross-functionally to design meaningful demand and production plans
Runs risk assessment and designs contingencies planning for related Channel programs and by ensuring zero business losses
Defines 360 LoS HoReCa Channel KBIS and responsibility for results delivery
Tracks performance of the HoReCa Channel programs and proposes on-going corrective actions if needed
Supports Shopper managers in designing effective selling stories
Plans and executes full communication to wider Commercial team re HoReCa Channel programs
Co-creates with Shopper managers and IC Marketing Manager System Project management based on Yellow / Red / Green routines and owns HoReCa Channel piece within
SPOC for Sales and Regional Marketing execution team on daily level
Partners with Regional Marketing execution Managers to ensure HoReCa Channel strategy fully cascaded down to regions and aligned with the big channel vision
Ensures Marketing cost management with Regional Marketing execution managers
Responsible for building HoReCa channel functional expertise for Regional channel dedicated teams
Identifies opportunities in existing HoReCa Channel execution for reducing costs and wastage
Supports Shopper team for planning and execution of new launches and SKU rationalization process
Coaches and shapes the understanding of the HoReCa Channel Marketing agenda and processes amongst Commercial team and wider organization
Continually updates and refreshes ongoing organizational HoReCa Channel Marketing processes and systems in order to run highly efficient and more agile processes
Responsible for the personal development and growth, manages with discipline PDF processes (career planning as well as IDP)

 

ABOUT YOU IN THIS ROLE:

Qualifiers:

University diploma
Fluent English
3 years comparable experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations
Criteria for success:

Strong leadership presence, balancing assertiveness with persuasion and ability to engage
Ability to read the bigger picture through understanding the story behind the numbers
Acts as owner and with agility
Curious to understand more and passionate to bring the current status levels up
Positive change agent and excellent in situational leadership
