Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Accountable for performance of the sales team (7 КАМ) on assigned territory, striving to exceed agrees sales and market share targets
- Establishing business relationships with key opinion leaders, regional administration
- Accountable to maintain growth of market share in respective region for respective products
- Lead, motivate, develop, train and coach the sales team in order to deliver performance targets
- Accountable for continuous improvement of team selling skills and product knowledge
- Accountable for collaboration with marketing/ product managers and medical advisers
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong experience in Regional Management position (managing team of KAMs is a must)
- Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in omnichannel sales model (retail, hospital, regional reimbursement) is a must
- Readiness for business trips
