В одну из ведущих международных биофармацевтических компаний Pfizer требуется Healthcare Engagement Lead.

 

Role summary:
The Strategic Healthcare Partner (SHP) takes a holistic view of partnership with the prioritized healthcare institutions / systems / contracting parties to collaborate on initiatives that will:

  • Meet the healthcare needs of the patients served by the institutions / systems/ contracting parties
  • Enable the availability of Pfizer medicines through commercial discussions/agreements
  • The SHP’s mindset is driven by customer-centricity and collaboration

 

Responsibilities:

  • Key Healthcare Institutions / systems / contracting parties engagement
  • Identify key Customers, incl. decision making / influencing network. Understand Key institutions' needs, challenges and priorities
  • Leads the long-term, consultative, senior executive institution / system relationship to become the trusted business advisor
  • Take a short/mid/long-term view of Pfizer’s business, aligning across Pfizer BU
  • Ensure customer support by engaging with customers through both in-person and virtual interactions
  • Responsible for identifying areas of joint x-functional interest that support a legitimate unmet patient need
  • By partnering with needed Pfizer cross-functional teams, the SHP leads the development of a strategic and holistic plan for the collaboration with institutions and the co-creation of innovative solutions to meet the key institutions’ healthcare priorities in those areas of joint interest supporting a legitimate unmet patient need
  • If appropriate, the SHP brings the right SMEs and other Pfizer capabilities in order to address customer needs
  • Support the procurement process/availability of medicines per existing commercial agreements
  • Responsible to assure compliance with corporate policies and procedures as well as national legislation

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 1,5 years of relevant experience
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Public and Private sector knowledge
  • Language skills: English and Russian
