В сервис вызова такси Wheely ищут Head of Sales.

 

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Hiring and developing the B2B Russian Sales team
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
Define and own daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Track and set monthly KPIs

 

Requirements:

BA/BS degree
5+ years of successful experience in sales (preferably in SaaS), with strong management experience
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with excellent teaching/coaching skills
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Very organised, process-driven and obsessed with data/reporting
