Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment cycle for our warehouse and sorting center operations — blue-collar workers mainly.
Regional recruitment: Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Kazan, Ekaterinburg, Krasnodar, etc.
Managing all stakeholders (Hiring managers, candidates)
Utilizing different recruitment channels, including agencies and implants
Personal involvement in key roles’ recruitment
Collecting approvals for recruitment and hiring
Recruitment planning
Operating Recruitment System
Supporting necessary recruitment document flow
Necessary reporting activities
Requirements:
Background in Warehousing\Retail (or other blue-collar workers) recruitment 5+ years inhouse
Experience in recruitment for Logistics or Ecommerce
Experience in managing recruitment agencies \ implants \ RPO providers
Advanced English
Ability to act independently
Skills in managing a high volume of information
Positive and optimistic approach, ability to handle uncertainty with fun 🙂
Intention to take care of your Clients and support the team
Ready to be based in South Gate business park (Южные Ворота).
