The company (fashion retail) is seeking for Head of Wholesale&Franchise.
Responsibilities
Proven track record in setting up distribution in Russia.
An understanding of the variety of business partnership models including exclusive and non-exclusive distributorships, franchises agreements, wholesale operations.
Key account Management Knowledge.
An in-depth understanding of Retail operations being that direct operated or Franchise retail.
Financially astute with the ability to navigate key financial ratios, manage a P&L and control budgets.
Requirements
International business development experience in Russia is preferable.
Experience on relevant positions from 5 years.
Experience in managing fashion apparel brands is preferable.
Perfect analytical skills.
Strong sales & communication skills.
Focus on Client and Customer Service.
Strong and inspirational leadership.
English- Upper-intermediate.
