Job Summary:
Company is looking for a fashion professional with extensive experience in wholesale to lead growing wholesale division. As Head of Wholesale, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, building relationships with key retailers and distributors, and overseeing the day-to-day operation of wholesale business. Your expertise in the fashion industry will be critical in identifying market trends and staying ahead of the competition. Key responsibilities include developing and executing wholesale strategies, managing inventory and logistics, negotiating contracts and pricing, and analyzing performance metrics. Proven leadership and communication skills are essential, along with deep understanding of fashion supply chain and wholesale distribution channels. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in wholesale fashion is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute wholesale strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness
- Build and maintain relationships with key retailers and distributors
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of wholesale business, including managing inventory and logistics
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with partners
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Identify market trends and stay ahead of competitors
- Train and mentor junior members of the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- At least five years of relevant experience in wholesale fashion, preferably in senior positions
- Deep understanding of fashion supply chain and wholesale distribution channels
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in inventory management and logistics
- Expertise in fashion forecasting, trend analysis, and merchandising
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
