Обязанности:
- Creative part: window design, styling for mannequins all target group, visual merchandising. Guide. For monthly and 3- 6 month preparation. Lead trend as Prob, decoration, fashion and store design field can create concept and direct team
- Cross function: work with cross function as Marketing photo shoot and lead concept for campaign, on line content team for O2O experience. Open for react and flexible to change based on business with Retail and Merchandising team
- Order display material (posters and decoration, mannequins, hanger, POS), great test, within budget and speed to meet dead line
Требования:
- Hands on filed experience
- At least 5 years’ work at stores to understand Merchandising for W, M & Kids products and retails
- Fast fashion experience so understand volume and speed, company has every day new products, one month - over 1000 new styles need to give direction to the stores
- Store opening- guide and direct for team to execute
- Roll out for 700 stores to make sure branding and consistency within dead line
