PepsiCo is looking for a Head of UX Design (Europe eCommerce).

 

UX teams with PepsiCo consist of end-to-end thought experts and design practitioners who manage the implementation of experience and front-end design across various customer collaborations and pep-owned platforms. Our Europe ecommerce team is now looking for a leader to represent the community of UX practice across the key stakeholders in Europe!

 

What will you be up for?

You will lead and represent the overall UX design team capability across Europe sector. You will be accountable for leading the research and design implementation of the product roadmap/pipeline.
You will integrate the UX product strategy and roadmap into the workflow and priorities of the UX design team as an aligned partner. It will be your role to provide consultation as to this roadmap.
You will be leading the creation of a cohesive platform approach to the intellectual property and design assets generated by the UX design team outputs and learnings.
Programme and platform capability for design research, user experience and usability testing are within the scope of responsibility. You will be providing consultation to juniors who are implementing.
Product and UX design capability will be shaped with your leadership, specifically creation of front end user experience and interfaces
Ensuring design strategy is aligned with technical strategy roadmaps and implementations is another key responsibility within the scope.

 

What experience is needed?

Experience with leading the creation of design systems and components
eComm product design (ideal)
Leading UX design teams, UX and design research, UX/UI user testing and methods
Experience with managing implementation of video and animation production always helpful for storytelling. Experience with emerging tech and various platforms beyond web/mobile is extremely helpful, such as augmented reality/3d, conversation design, etc.
Experience managing agency/3rd party relationships as appropriate.

Takes an enterprise view that considers and anticipates implications across multiple stakeholders (e.g., market needs) when building strategies and driving results
Exposure in working with distributed multi geographies teams.
