Mission
Your mission as the Head of User Experience Research would be to establish and lead a streamlined process for hypothesis validation & insight discovery that would empower our product and marketing teams in learning our users and designing optimal solutions for their problems.
The position implies high personal engagement in the most critical researches, assistance to our headquarters and country teams in designing, recruiting and conducting routine and small-scale studies, along with self-driven activities to incorporate a globally scalable UX-research approach into company’s product development.
