Work activities
- Building up a training plan according to the business strategy;
- Collaborating with departmental heads and managers in order to identify areas that requiring training;
- Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees;
- Designing and assessing training programs;
- Execution talent management strategy targets;
- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole;
- Overseeing the creation of content, e-learning, collateral and other training materials;
- Creating a team, conducting interviews, taking part in HR processes like recruit staff evaluation.
Skills and qualities
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, HR Management, Psychology or other similar;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing trainings in an international company;
- Business awareness and commercially focused;
- Leadership and strong management skills;
- Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others;
- Personally credible with strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong influence and negotiation skills;
- Advanced knowledge of English (C1 level is required);
