HONOR is looking for a Head of training center.

Key responsibilities:

  • Full accountability for all brands of HONOR products (Russia / CIS / Turkey)
  • Preparation and launch of new products in cooperation with a global team
  • Definition of strategy, tactics and resources, budgeting, and coordination of plans with directors of departments
  • Development and adaptation of training materials for company employees and employees of partners in regions
  • Team management and coordination
  • Participation in the recruitment process
  • Participation in the process of adaptation of new company employees in each region
  • Managing the processes of training field force and company staff
  • Interact with the local team and HQ to achieve the best alignment
  • Participation in relevant cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Readiness for business trips

 

Professional attribute:

  • Relevant experience from 5+ years
  • To have experience in team management
  • Understanding the specifics of adult learning
  • Good knowledge of digital gadgets (smartphones, laptops, software, etc.)
  • Successful online and offline training experience
  • Independence and proactive position
  • Strong command of the English language (Upper-intermediate or above)
  • A bachelor’s degree or above
