Responsibilities:
Strategy & Business Planning:
- Develop trade-marketing strategies of affiliate for pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies (Rx, OTC, Food Supplements)
- Contribute to business planning at the high management level to develop marketing strategies that are consistent with organization’s overall mission, vision and business targets
Trade marketing:
- Trade marketing budget planning & justification in cooperation with BU & Finance
- Trade marketing campaign planning by products in cooperation with product managers
- Develop the trade promotion plan based on best market analysis and insights and manage the execution of trade promotion programs
- Set financial KPIs for trade marketeers
- Define KPIs for Trade marketing programs effectiveness tracking
- Utilize market intelligence from different resources to identify trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities
- Liaise with other functions in Marketing, Finance and Commercial to execute trade marketing sales strategy as well as implement trade marketing activities
- Forecasting and monitoring of sales
- Negotiations with TOP customers at the executive level
- Contribution to S&OP process: deck preparation and KPIs trackers updates
Team management:
- Develop Trade marketing expertise in Abbott Russia
- Build trade marketing team, set goals, develop, feedback, reward
- Manage team’s development throughout the path to achieve goals
- Ensure team activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility
