Abbott is a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life. Now the company is seeking an experienced Head of Trade and E-commerce department.

 

Tasks

Strategy & Business Planning:

Develop trade-marketing strategies of affiliate for pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies and eCommerce (Rx, OTC, Food Supplements)
Contribute to business planning at the high management level to develop marketing strategies that are consistent with organization’s overall mission, vision and business LRP

Trade marketing:

Trade marketing budget planning & justification in cooperation with FP&A
Trade marketing campaign planning by products in cooperation with product managers
Develop the trade promotion plan and manage the execution of trade promotion programs
Set financial KPIs for trade marketeers
Define KPIs for Trade marketing programs effectiveness tracking
Utilize market intelligence from different resources to identify trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities
Liaise with other functions in Marketing, Finance and Commercial to execute trade marketing sales strategy as well as implement trade marketing activities
Establish trade marketing sales target and monitor the performance of field force against goals
Negotiations with TOP customers at the executive level
Contribution to S&OP process: deck preparation and KPIs trackers updates

eCommerce:

Budget planning and control for all BUs, including media-planning in customer activation mix (eMailing, search, banners, articles, integration to loyalty programs, coupons)
Define eCommerce business opportunities based on best market analysis and insights
Forecasting and monitoring of sales in online channel
Selection and management of third party responsible for eCommerce projects (brand integrations, sales tracker implementation)
Negotiation with online customers, approval of conditions with retail partners on reporting

Team management:

Develop Trade marketing & eCommerce expertise in EPD Abbott Russia
Build trade marketing & eCommerce team, set goals, develop, feedback, reward
Manage team’s development throughout the path to achieve goals
Ensure team activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility

 

Requirements:

Higher education, MBA as advantage
Experience as Head of Trade marketing 3+ years in big multinational company
People management skills, experience to lead diverse team
Result oriented profile and assertiveness
Knowledge of e-commerce channel
Stakeholder management.
