Responsibilities:
Lead the IT recruitment team;
Perform a full selection cycle for all technical divisions of the company;
Plan a recruitment strategy and attract technical specialists;
Monitor and expand search sources;
Build relationships with customers, train them to evaluate staff;
Supervise the adaptation process;
Supervise the grading project;
Initiate HR Brand tasks;
Collect and analyze key indicators to improve processes;
Manage current team and hire new specialists;
Independently manage and close vacancies;
Participate in other HR projects.
Requirements:
Experience in managing a team of 3 people or more;
Work experience in IT companies for at least 3 years and understanding of the IT market;
English — intermediate level or higher
