Anglophone Language School due to the expansion and development is looking for a Head of the pedagogical coordination department for the team.

Ideally, this is a candidate with extensive teaching experience who already wants to achieve another level and try himself as a methodologist. Requirements:
- Linguistic education and teaching experience from 2 years
- Knowledge of English at a level not lower than C1 / Russian language B2
- Experience in individual tutoring, in teaching preschoolers, schoolchildren and adults
- Communication skills: friendliness, ability to find common ground with people
- Learnability (the ability to take in new information and apply it in practice)
- Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets would be a plus, but not required
- Openness to new things and the desire to learn is much more important
- Desire to grow with the company. The sooner the core responsibilities are mastered, the faster the development of the further tasks will be
- Speed and responsiveness, ability to act quickly
- Experience in teaching and knowledge of syllabus creation in English is a must
Responsibilities:
- Development of a cycle of classes and long-term planning of the program
- Creating individual lesson-plans based on the entrance test and student’s goals
- Selection of the necessary tutorials/syllabi, as well as maintaining the existing database of educational and special literature
- Development and adaptation of educational materials for online classes
- Supervision of students: viewing video recordings from classes and correction of curriculums
- Assistance to teachers in the development and implementation of training courses
- Search and attraction of new teachers if necessary
- Participation in developing materials for marathons, courses, etc.
