M9 LOGISTICS is currently looking for a Head of the Frankfurt office.
Essential functions:
Implementation of the plan and key indicators of the German office
General management of operations, sales and financial activities of the German office
Ensuring effective and efficient activities of transport and forwarding services in Frankfurt
Forming and maintaining of company’s image like a successful, dynamically developing company among customers, suppliers, partners and others
Search and attraction of new customers
Work with personnel: recruitment, training, motivation, control and setting goals
Connection with the head office: monitoring of financial flows, building IT technologies, resolving legal issues, etc.
Implementation of the German office’s development plan
Accounting and financial accounting
Requirements:
5+ years experience in international logistics air & trucking
Proficiency languages — German & English, Russian will be an advantage
Readiness for dynamic operations
Responsibility, attention to details and can-do attitude
