Work experience requirements:
Master/Bachelor degree in Economics, Business or Accounting;
At least 8 years of total work experience, including proven recent experience in a Big 4 or in Internal Audit preferably, in another telco or large international listed company;
Previous work experience in leading remote teams and managing inter-country and cross-functional projects;
Experienced in team management and preferably working remotely via phone/video conferencing;
Experienced at reviewing the work of others, and, setting clear guidance and quality assuring the work of team members providing balanced and constructive feedback to help them evolve;
Experience to work with all levels of management;
Experience with working at multinational company;
Knowledge/work experience of SOX (404) controls and COSO standards/ IT systems and IT security best practices and frameworks (such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO27001, etc.);
Telecom/Technology industry experience is highly desirable;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local (business) language(s);
Excellent Report writing;
Internal Audit or related field certification is regarded a must (CIA, CISA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, CFE or equivalent);
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required (up to 30%)
