You will be:
Building call center to handle the needs of hyperscaling company
Preparing call center staff to work with clients from all over the world
Automating SLA, CSAT analytics, and planning capacity
Ensuring we maintain high quality staff and practices
Improving our mass hiring and training processes
Improving workflow and discipline
Developing corporate culture
And lots more
The company is looking for someone who has:
Fluency in English
Experience managing large departments
Successfully scaled up a call center or sales dept
Excel skills and experience with modern CRM-systems
Outstanding communication and analytic skills
The ability to recruit a team
A desire to take on a new challenge.
