Due to the development and expansion of the staff, the team of the India branch opens a vacancy for the Head of Business Development Department.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing the work of the business development division
- Manage the Business Development Division team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- The manager will ensure that all supplier sourcing activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and implement supplier sourcing policies and procedures
- Manage the supplier sourcing process, including identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and selecting the best fit
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers -Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best value
- Overseeing the process of identifying and selecting suppliers
- Carries out the formation and implementation of KPI and the plan search for product suppliers in response to customer requests. Compliance with performance levels of division (KPI - Key performance indicators)
- Organizes the implementation of the business plan for division
- Establishes the concept of development of relations with suppliers
- Plans business development as part of the division’s work
- Provides process of cooperation with Suppliers (collection of necessary documents, specifications)
preparation of sets of documents for submission to the collegial bodies of Sberbank PAO·
Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of procurement (supplier search skill)
- Availability of technical experience in the procurement process
- Team management experience of at least 3 years
- Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage
