Аn international agro-industrial group Sodrugestvo is looking for a Head of the 1C methodology department.
Responsibilities:
To participate in several complex automation projects on the 1C platform as a project manager or a methodologist-analyst,
At least one of the above-mentioned projects should be about the accounting automation as per the IFRS standards,
To implement the consolidation automation project as per the IFRS standards,
To develop the technical specifications for 1C system,
To maintain the project documentation,
To analyze the existing methodologies for RU GAP, taxation and management reporting, IFRS, and accounting processes, develop the proposals for their optimization,
To provide methodological support and consulting on 1C system,
To analyze the complex methodological issues in 1C,
To ensure and lead the software development results’ acceptance and testing.
Qualifications:
Higher education in finance/economy, accounting, or information technology,
5+ years of working experience in the 1C implementation process as a project manager / implementation consultant / methodologist-analyst,
Deep knowledge of the 1C functionality, including complex subsystems, system setup skills,
Knowledge of accounting, tax accounting, IFRS standards (experience as an accountant / chief accountant / methodologist / economist / auditor will be an advantage),
Fluency in English,
Experience in implementing the consolidation processes in accordance with the IFRS standards (in 1C or another system) is highly desirable,
Experience in describing business processes, writing technical specifications, drawing up project documentation and setting tasks for specialists.
Notes:
