В международную автомобильную группу Inchcape требуется Head of T&D function.
Purpose of the job:
To create and conduct learning system for employees including management program and customer service to activate them in achieving maximum results in accordance with company objectives and strategy.
Key accountabilities:
Develop systematic T&D program including in-class & web trainings;
E-Learning: adapt trainings to e-format; manage e-learning system;
Implement and coordinate, where needed, additional development approaches & tools in order to drive people development;
Coordinate initiation, organization and conduct training and development events, incl. identification and information of participants, preparation of training facilities, materials etc.;
Provide timely and structured feed-back to operation business;
Provide, collect end evaluate assessments (qualitative and quantitative) for all training / development sessions;
Analysis, optimization and further development of current T&D approach: development and implementation of new training programs for all levels of personnel;
Review of training materials prepared by other employees in terms of relevance, quality and compliance with the standards;
Control the efficiency of education.
Requirements:
Higher education (additional professional education will be a plus);
English – upper-intermediate level;
Advanced PC user;
At list 3 years of relevant professional experience;
Proved experience in creating and conducting of trainings and training materials;
Managerial experience 1+ years;
Ability to work in matrix org structure;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Motivated and proactive character with international business mind set;
Mature personality.
