В группу фармкомпаний STADA ищут Head of Tax.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Tax function for STADA group of companies in Russia & CIS
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
- Lead and develop a high performing tax team
- Perform tax risk management and develop sustainable tax positions
- Lead the contracts review process from financial and tax risks point of view, including controlling of Transfer pricing issues
- Lead the Tax review of transactions including evaluation of tax implications and provision of tax support to ongoing projects
- Identify and mitigate tax risks
- Ensure relevant tax competence, knowledge and awareness amongst team members and other relevant staff
- Secure competence of all needed stakeholders in tax area, by providing trainings, advice and support, acting as ambassador for the topic
- Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures
- Provide support with various internal audits and special tax related projects
Requirements:
- University degree in Tax Law, Tax Economics, Finance or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of experience in Tax, in advisory or in-house roles
- Leadership or stakeholder management experience
- Team management experience
- Excellent knowledge of Russian tax legislation
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
- Good knowledge of local Accounting system and standards
- Fluency in English
