Responsibilities:
Create and implement a talent strategy: identify, hire & develop talent, in order to boost pipeline of KP positions.
Leading talent management aligned to business needs and ongoing strategic imperatives.
Ensuring the availability and efficient functioning of succession planning and career tools.
Providing timely and high-quality support to the employee performance management process.
Manage the process of creating, implementing and communicating about culture / strategy / standards / tools for training and employee development.
Requirements:
Education: higher, preferably in the field of personnel management / organization management / economic / financial.
Work experience: strong HR BP and Talent expertise, including recruitment preferably in large international production companies.
Mature manager, ability to understand business needs, build HR strategy and deliver results.
Desire to work for automotive industry.
Potential to career growth within company.
Readiness for business trips.
English (spoken / written) fluent, French as a plus.
