Tasks:

Drive the development initiatives based on the performance analytics;
Empowering managers as ambassadors of performance process;
Predict and mitigate potential risks and discover opportunities.
L&D approach realization for all functions:
Review skills gap analysis and constant search for the decisions to cover soft-skills development needs;
Leadership community development;
Workshops and seminars conducting for managers, cross-functional team meetings facilitating
Evaluation:
360 process leadership;
Assessments as a part of hiring & promo process
Talent acquisition:
Proactive pipeline development and sourcing;
Inbound talent attraction.
