Recruiting company Kelly is looking for a Head of Talent Management.

 

Main Responsibilities
Translate the Human Capital Strategy into a Talent Strategy.
Make best use of data and reports (Workday based) regarding populations in the region; analyze results and trends in order to identify meaningful and consistent Talent development themes for the Region.
Support HR BPs and business leaders toward the practical implementation of their talent target to support the organization.
Contribute to organization changes in the business by handling their talent impact such as managing critical nominations and building on new career opportunities for talents.
Support the culture change evolution of the organization by deploying specific initiatives such as ProPeople platform, Development month, I&D , Play to win culture and etc

Facilitate regular exchanges between GBUs/Global Functions; identify opportunities for talent development and moves e.g. set up talent forums to ensure talent fertilization across functions/activities.
Based on business needs build ad hoc talent pools: next generation of leaders, early potentials, key positions, gender, etc. and propose a collaborative approach to manage these pools effectively.
Together with business leaders enrich slates, and develop strong succession planning, retention and development plans.
Ensure regular follow-up of management reviews toward tangible and measurable outcomes and KPIs (promotion, mobility, retention).
Meet with talents and support them in their next move, through career advice, network connections, in connection with their management and HR business partner.
As geography-based process owner, manage, track and enhance the effective deployment of the performance and talent management processes
Actively promote the development of a diversified workforce (gender, nationality, professional background) and improve gender balance
Lead the identification of participants to development programs targeted for specific talent pools (ex. Next generation of leaders, early potential, etc.), and based on certifications facilitate such programs (ex : Evolve, 360 feedback)
Collaborate with Corporate Talent Management CoE to share best practice and ensure alignment on global Performance Management and TM policy and processes
Manage the local TM team grow and coach team members to ensure alignment and development
Manage the performance of Recruitment partners and ensure continuous improvement of the quality of key metrics
Identify and manage service extensions and / or other opportunities
Bring innovation by using new technologies to improve KPI / SLA
Contribute to increasing the level of TA expertise of the team
Contribute to the overall satisfaction of TA service
Ensure the evolution of internal policy and legal context is still aligned with the current Recruitment model
Participate to forecast hiring demands (recruitment projects and/or key positions) to escalate quickly to Recruitment vendor
Manage the evolution of current model: understand business needs and propose improvements on tools, vendors, scope including in Recruitment
Executive recruiting and talent mappings for the region needs
Deploy the Leadership & Management offering and interfacing locally to assess any additional needs.
Develop practices of pro-active dialogue, feedback, career planning and development by leveraging and proposing best practices, accelerator programs. Collaborate with other Regions/Functions/Activities accordingly

 

What is necessary to be successful:
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent strategies that drive business strategy. Has a strong business strategy mindset.
Demonstrates success in working effectively at senior management levels to impact and influence decision making.
Demonstrates progressive thought-leadership in areas of talent.
Establishes credibility throughout the organization and sets an example as a proactive leader who earns respect by demonstrating a sound understanding of business objectives and goals.
Presents recommendations to address the people component of business issues. Identifies potential roadblocks and opportunities to provide input and solutions.
Experience with talent analytics, using data to shape predictive models and influence decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence others; strong presentation and consultative skills; excellence in building relationships and managing stakeholders are also critical. Strong results orientation and demonstrated success in leading organizational change management projects desired.
Genuine interest in people, open-and curious-mindedness
Team Management experience.
Ability to work in a matrix, international and diverse environment
Project management

10+ years professional experience in HR
Fluent English and Russian are mandatory.
