Your Missions
Company is looking for 1 Head of Talent Management to join People team - the location is flexible since the successful candidate can be based in Brazil, France, Russia or Ukraine.
In collaboration with company leaders and HR partners, the Head of Talent Management is to design and implement a competitive and innovative Talent Management strategy for community of 750+ employees across 7 countries.
Head of Talent Management will be dedicated to improving performance, building strong teams and fostering an inclusive culture within a diverse, agile and flexible organization. You will be instrumental in driving right workforce planning, team organization, performance management, succession planning, and more.
You will report directly to VP of Global Talent Management and will manage a team of specialists in Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, People Operations and Engagement teams
Your Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning & Compensation and benefit - In collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits Manager:
- Responsible for building staffing plan methodologies and forecasting in collaboration with senior and executive stakeholders
- Drive compensation, benefit and equity strategy, and structure based on job families,market trends, and data analysis
Learning & Development - In partnership with the Learning & Development Expert:
- Lead the design and implementation of integrated Talent Management programs, including: individual development planning, managerial program, performance and career development reviews, internal mobility, leadership development, and more
- Serve as the internal coach to some leaders on development plans
DEI - In partnership with the DEI Manager:
- Implement Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy across all markets and monitor the roll-out of the action plan
Your Qualifications:
- You have at least 8+ years of experience in Talent Management roles leading lasting impact program design and delivery for multiple audiences in an international matrixed organisation
- Demonstrated experience working with senior level managers and executive influence, you are strong at building relationships, and you are recognized for your highly effective collaboration, communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated experience leading benefits and compensation strategy and programs
- You have an established ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts and proposals on various talent management topics across all levels
- You’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
- You embrace changes, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
- You are a data and results-driven person, an impact-oriented mindset and you are highly organised, able to multitask efficiently
- Fluency in English
