Your new role:
Provide business with a wide rage of services including recruitment, adaptation, on-boarding, HR analytics
Coordinate the work of the mass recruitment team
Provide business with HR branding strategy
What you’ll need to succeed:
More than 5 years of acquisition expertise
Experience of mass recruitment with large amount positions in process (1000+) is required
Advanced level of English language is a must
Navigating in a matrix corporate environment is required
Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership skills and proactive approach skills are essential
