CloudLinux is looking for an enthusiastic Head of Talent Acquisition to join HR team.
You will be responsible for:
Develop and activate end-to-end talent attraction & engagement strategies across selected geographies
Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of how business groups operate and understand their hiring needs
Deliver comprehensive attraction & engagement plans
Use and influence the digital ecosystem to bring the talent brand positioning to life
Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate digital strategy across media, creative, and website experiences
What the company is looking for:
7+ years’ experience and expertise in managing talent acquisition, talent branding, digital ecosystem development and communications for recruitment
Ability to plan and deliver talent sourcing programs to increase talent brand awareness, and boost candidate engagement
Results-oriented, forward-thinking, creative, able to challenge assumptions while providing a high-quality work
Project management abilities; capable of prioritizing multiple talent acquisition projects simultaneously, under tight time timelines, and within budget parameters
Fluent in English and one other European language
