Tasks that you will perform:
Recruitment Automation:
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies utilizing automation tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process
- Evaluate and select suitable applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate sourcing platforms, and other recruitment automation tools
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives, such as time-to-fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire
Specialist Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent requirements and develop talent acquisition plans accordingly
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure the selection of highly qualified specialists
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive compensation packages and benefits tailored to attract and retain professionals
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives, culture, and long-term vision
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment automation
- Analyze market intelligence and internal data to identify talent acquisition gaps, devise proactive solutions, and anticipate future hiring needs
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Provide guidance and support to team members on recruitment processes, automation tools, and sourcing techniques

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the banking or IT industry, with a focus on recruitment automation
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment automation tools, ATS platforms, and other HR technologies
- Demonstrated success in acquiring top talents through innovative sourcing strategies and direct engagement
- Strong understanding of IT and banking roles, technical skill sets, and market trends in the industry
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization
