Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a talent strategy: identify, hire & develop talent, in order to boost pipeline of KP positions
- Leading talent management aligned to business needs and ongoing strategic imperatives
- Ensuring the availability and efficient functioning of succession planning and career tools
- Providing timely and high-quality support to the employee performance management process
- Manage the process of creating, implementing and communicating about culture / strategy / standards / tools for training and employee development
Requirements:
- Education: higher, preferably in the field of personnel management / organization management / economic / financial
- Work experience: strong HR BP and Talent expertise, including recruitment preferably in large international production companies
- Mature manager, ability to understand business needs, build HR strategy and deliver results
- Desire to work for automotive industry
- Potential to career growth within company
- Readiness for business trips
- English (spoken / written) fluent, French as a plus
