International Bank for Economic Co-operation is looking for a Head of System and Application Development and Support Division.
Duties and Accountabilities
Implementation, maintenance and revision of all banking products in the ABS «CFT-Bank», priority interbank loans and deposits, securities, PFI, EDI, electronic archive, reporting.
Control of the relevance of documents on the use and configuration of information systems and components.
Coordination of processes for software development and maintenance of the ABS.
Preparation and approval of proposals, as well as implementation of projects for the implementation of information systems and technologies, automation of banking technological processes.
Project management for the integration of ABS «CFT-Bank» with various systems: RBS, AWP KBR-N, SWIFT, Reuters, Bloomberg and other information systems.
Selection Criteria
Higher technical education and / or education in the field of information technology;
At least 5 years in the field of information technology in the banking sector, at least 3 years as a leader in the field of information technology;
Experience of implementation of ABS «CFT-Bank», priority; knowledge of products: interbank loans and deposits, securities, derivatives, EDF, electronic archive, reporting;
Experience of work with UEFBS, SWIFT; experience with Reuters and / or Bloomberg is an asset;
Availability of specialized certificates is an advantage;
Oral and written English (B2 and higher);
Fluency in Russian;
MS Office user at the expert level.
