Responsibilities:

 

  • customer support throughout the entire cycle of opening a company;
  • search for suppliers (opening bank accounts, lawyers, logisticians, accountant);
  • distribution of work between account managers and concierge service;
  • account control and concierge services;
  • monitoring compliance with the deadlines for opening companies;
  • control over the execution of steps to open a company (signing a memorandum,
  • obtaining a license, passing medical tests, obtaining an Emirates ID, etc.)
  • preparation of contracts with clients;
  • control of the search for commercial real estate;
  • control of the implementation of event-events, organization of tours;
  • active participation in team brainstorms, process improvement, masterminds.
