Main responsibilities:
Develop a system of extra-curricular students’ development in the school, develop policies for extra-curricular students development;
Adjust / develop a program content / manage an extra-curricular student development program development process;
Develop additional education in the areas: sports, arts (music, theater, drama, painting, architecture, sculpture), engineering disciplines (robotics, etc.);
Coordinate school regular and ad hoc events, including campus events (e.g. organization of lectures by foreign and Russian scientists, entrepreneurs, September 1, the annual conference of the School, etc.);
Coordinate student governance, clubs, communities and respective student roles;
Encourage student projects: social, charitable, entrepreneurial projects, professional projects of students (internships in companies, a system of external mentoring of students by representatives of different professions, joint projects with research universities of the Russian Academy of Sciences, etc.);
Develop a student support system (psychological service, etc.).
Department team management;
Budget planning; control; control, search for solutions.
Requirements and qualifications:
Experience in developing and managing a system of supplementary education for children and adolescents;
Measurable results in the achievement of extracurricular goals;
Proven managerial experience, leadership position;
Proficiency in English at least at the Upper Intermediate level.
