This role is responsible for the implementation of effective strategic and tactical patient access plans at a regional scale.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identify the strategy for the company with particular reference to commercial models and future portfolio
- Ensure that all the operation in sourcing, pricing, registering and eventually localize Sandoz product is accomplished, coordinating the big cross functional team acting on the portfolio management
- Conduct and coordinate strategic projects ensuring the perfect alignment of functions involved
- Lead cross-functional value and access team to gather evidence which support payer value proposition and pricing strategy
- Represent patient access in all major cross-functional teams at the program/brand level including Global Programme Teams, Global Brand Team and Global Medical Affairs Teams
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
- University degree (preferably in economics / finance / business management)
- Fluent Russian and English (spoken & written)
- Extensive (5+ years) experience in Management / Strategic Consulting field
- Sufficient knowledge of business processes and commercial principles of pharmaceutical company. Deep understanding of payer/HTA across countries/regions
- Significant Project Management experience
