А developing fintech company SimpleFinance is looking for a Head of Strategy & Investment.
Role Description
Lead development of SF international partnerships / establish JVs with European loan originators
Prepare analyses of jointly-funded loans for approval in weekly credit committee
Coordinate with advisors (e.g., legal, tax, operational, etc.)
Examine options for funding and/or securitization of European loan portfolio
Lead set-up of relevant investment vehicles (e.g., Luxembourg RAIF)
Conduct desktop research related to the above
Enhance investment attractiveness of company
Work with senior management to establish and track metrics for business performance/growth
Coordinate analyses/benchmarkings to establish market size & opportunity by product
Work with senior management to monitor company’s operational effectiveness & growth drivers in various business lines
Identify new strategic priorities
Serve as internal consultant/business analyst, identifying areas for further efficiency or growth based on industry knowledge
Deliver ad-hoc special projects related to the above
Enhance company’s international visibility
Work with Marketing on strategic communications for potential investors and international media
Participate in conferences & other outreach
Lead and coordinate processes related to raising of capital internationally
Manage relationships with loan-investment platforms (e.g., CrowdCredit)
Build relationships with new potential investors/partners
Identify targets for M&A activity
What we are looking for
Similar work experience in Russia
Knowledge of Russian.
