Stellar Labs — consulting company with the main focus on personalization, AI, data management and digital marketing automation. Stellar Labsis searching for a Head of Strategy & Insights (Personalization/CRO).
What you will do:
Lead the personalization strategy team’s work with clients from the CIS and abroad to drive retention and maximize ARR;
Develop and implement personalization solutions to increase online sales, conversions, order value and other key metrics;
Manage personalization projects in terms of timings, implementations and results;
Launch experiments for conversion optimization, segment audience, launch A/B-tests;
Hire, develop, mentor, and provide continuous feedback to Customer success managers.
We the company is looking for:
5+ years of experience in e-commerce or account management, can be client or agency side;
3+ years in leading role;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and client interaction skills;
Strong organizational skills, a proven ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines;
Understanding and proven experience of working with Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika or other analytics tools;
CRM/CX/Product background can be relevant as an ecommerce / digital management;
Preferrable experience with personalization tools or digital marketing tools (retailrocket, richrelevance, Flocktory etc.);
Fluent English is a must as you will also lead European accounts (other languages would be a plus).
