inDrive is seeking a Head of Strategy and Planning to lead the growth initiatives in the ride-hailing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting, preferably in the technology or transportation industry
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards common goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of the ride-hailing industry, including its competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and technological advancements
- Adaptability and willingness to travel as needed for market research, client meetings, or strategic planning sessions
Qualifications:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of the ride-hailing business
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and create action plans
- Evaluate the performance of existing strategies and recommend adjustments to optimize results
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new initiatives or expansion into new markets
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals and targets
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes
