The tech firm Ericsson is looking for a CU Head of Sourcing for Customer Unit EECA. The geographical Scope is Russia and the C.I.S. Countries.
Description
In this role you will primarily engage the CU at the earliest opportunity to help the CU make the best 3rd-party Purchasing (3PP) business decisions possible given the details of the opportunity/project. You will act as a central focal point of Sourcing strategy and activities for the CU internal customers in finding and selecting the efficient 3PP solutions to meet the requirements. Also you may provide analysis of companies, industries, or initial proposals; how to reduce risk; recommend the appropriate contractual document; advise on alternative suppliers; support efforts to increase margins and find ways to overcome obstacles.
You will build on the understanding of the CU short, mid and long-term business plans and the spend driven by the business to help Category Managers develop the Sourcing Strategy/Plan to accomplish the work in the best, quickest and most effective way possible. The Sourcing Head owns the efficient planning of Sourcing needs thereby reducing costs while driving up margins for the business entity. In addition, you manage, grow and guide your team to improve results in project delivery and in important metric achievement.
You will
Engage and commit to Partnering with the assigned business domain at all levels, including C-Levels
Coordinate a team of professionals (up to 10 members)
Inspire business ideas, strategies & PSL
Hold sourcing responsible for profitability throughout the Sales Cycle of projects and own the 3PP spend activity for designated customer or business domain
Build, grow and support your team of sourcing managers
To be successful in the role you must have

Analytics driven engagement and Business Modelling Skills
Change & Improvement Management Skills
Commercial and Financial Skills
10+ years in Sourcing, preferably in Telecom
Leadership behaviours through cross functional groups
Local laws and Regulation knowledge
Excellent communication and argumentation skills
Native Russian, upper-intermediate English.
