Sanofi is looking for a Head of S&OP Eurasia.
What you will do:
Leading Eurasia S&OP process, to ensure cross-functional alignment on one figure and corresponding product availability
Manage alignment with Stat Hub and DRP HUB on the data and provide necessary market intelligence for parameters correct parameters and models correction
Ensure control on the KPI’s (CSR, SPA/MAPE, Inventory targets, Destruction) achievement, while avoiding business disruption due to OOS
Ensure monthly control and strong action plan to reduce provision and prevent obsolescence, by communicating with the relevant stake holders in the business, finance and commercial teams.
Lead robust communication with Regulatory and Marketing, ensuring that the all S&OP participants are aligned and in control of all new product introductions, happen on time, to align with what the Business needs are, and what they are expecting to achieve in terms of launch dates and sales expectations
Communicate with Key Stakeholders on local and regional level, highlighting any risks to supply and propose action plans to minimize the risks
Motivate and develop the team in line with their set objectives and IDP. Keep them involved and updated on any new initiatives within the company and encourage growth and sharing with the team
Keeping appropriate records for audit purposes as required for internal and external audits
What it takes to be successful in this role:
Preferred 5 years’ experience within the Supply Chain function particularly S&OP
More than 3 years of experience in people management is a must
Current or previous experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG companies
Fluent Russian, English – upper intermediate
Proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate transversally in the business with key role players
