В компанию в сфере недвижимости Metropolitan Group требуется Head of SMM.
Metropolitan Group — real estate company in UAE, Austria, UK, Oman, expanding to Hong Kong.
As a Head of Social Media you will be responsible for leading a company’s social media team in creating and implementing social media strategies across variety of platforms (social network, Telegram, Linkedin, TikTok, X, Threads for the time being) with global reach.
Tasks:
- Organize and set up departmental workflow and internal processes for effective teamwork tailored to company’s goals
- Manage the team in social media department, setting up expectations, goals, priorities and deadlines with clear and straightforward communication across
- Evaluate performance of the team members and provide constructive feedback and guidance as required
- Create strategic marketing plan for each social media platform (social network, Telegram, Linkedin, TikTok, X, Threads) and set the milestones for the team to implement. Track performance & KPIs: ER, qty of followers, viewings (youtube), sharings, time response on comments, leads & deals etc.
- Plan, implement and monitor social media marketing paid campaigns key metrics to improve budget allocation and report to stakeholders on the performance
- Establish workflow to manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates to drive awareness and engagement
- Create a data-driven approach in managing insights and provide transparency for paid and organic social media activities
- Allocate and manage resources required for efficient implementation of marketing tasks across social media platforms for each business unit
- Assess and proofread content to align quality and agreed tone of voice across social media platforms
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Russian both written and communication skills
- Good understanding of performance metrics in organic and paid social media
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Ability to deal with a variety of tasks and projects under tight deadlines in an efficient manner
- 2+ years of experience managing the SMM team
- 5+ years overall in marketing and/or social media management
- Experience in global companies with worldwide reach is required
- In-depth knowledge of all social media platform and required marketing and content strategy for each
